Independent swimming - rolling over teaches children the correct body position and how to move in the water. All these skills are foundations for the swimming styles including Freestyle and backstroke.
The children will learn from repetition. Practice the swimming lesson plan as long as it takes for the children to learn the skill really well. Then move to the next level of swimming lesson plan. The lesson plans are very alike so the children won’t feel confused but through each one we add on new swimming challenges.
