This series brings together water-based movement, breathing practices, meditation, and childbirth preparation to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to your body and your baby.



Aqua Natal Exercise provides gentle, supported movement in water, allowing the body to feel lighter and more at ease during pregnancy. The buoyancy of water reduces pressure on joints and ligaments, making movement feel fluid, safe, and comfortable. These sessions focus on improving mobility, easing common pregnancy discomforts, encouraging relaxation, and supporting calm, controlled breathing. Moving in water offers a deeply nurturing experience, helping you reconnect with your body while feeling supported and held.
Pregnancy is a time of profound inner change. Guided meditation offers a quiet space to slow down, turn inward, and deepen the bond with your baby. Through gentle visualisation and mindful awareness, these sessions support emotional wellbeing, encourage relaxation, and nurture a sense of trust and connection. Meditation allows you to listen to your intuition and create moments of stillness in an often busy world.

Kate’s pregnancy aqua aerobics class has been amazing for both my body and mind. The gentle exercises in the water have really helped relieve my pelvic girdle pain, and her soothing voice creates such a calm, supportive atmosphere. This self-paced course brings together gentle breathing practices, meditation, pregnancy aquacise, and essential first aid education — allowing you to prepare physically, emotionally, and intuitively for birth, from the comfort of your own home.
I can testify, having given birth just over a week ago, that the Heartfelt Childbirth Programme was a vital part of my preparation for bringing a gorgeous little person into this world!
I cannot recommend it highly enough and absolutely loved every moment of it. Kate is such a beautiful, inspirational person with a wonderful insight into pregnancy and is bursting with positivity and enthusiasm. I loved the water based exercise programme, especially in the 3rd trimester. My body felt like it could move normally in the pool and it enabled me to continue aerobic, strengthening and mobility exercises in a safe way. The relaxation at the end was an added bonus!
The breathing exercises were calming for body and mind but also critical in preparation for labour. Those slow exhalations got me through some challenging moments! I had never previously considered basic lifesaving skills for pregnancy so that element of the programme was completely new to me. Hopefully I’ll never need these new skills but I felt competent after Kate’s clear and concise training.
Overall, the programme was a lovely mixture of being physically challenging, informative and relaxing with a good bit of craic thrown in for good measure! So grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in a great course.

Kate is an amazing instructor. I did four weeks of her pregnancy aqua aerobics. Highly recommend especially towards the end of pregnancy as exercising feels so much better in the water ! The class is split into equal parts of cardio, stretching and a really nice relaxation at the end ! Thank you Kate 🙏
